Jennifer Bonilla-Dodson | Practice Administrator

Hi, my name is Jennifer. I was a Registered Dental Assistant since 1995 in the state of Maryland. I relocated my family to Myrtle Beach in June of 2009 where I now work as the Practice Administrator for Forest Crossing Family Dental.

I hold certificates in Dental Management and Management / Supervising from the Warschaw Learning Institute and The SkillPath Business Seminar Program respectfully. I attend many continual dental education seminars and programs annually such as Infection / Sterilization Control and Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation, CPR.

My husband and I have a wonderful son named Nico. I enjoy spending my free time with friends, family, decorating, singing and dancing. I’m a New York City girl through and through but I can’t get enough of the South Carolina beaches, beautiful blue skies, and warm weather.

Michelle Holbert | Dental Hygienist

Hi, my name is Michelle. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist at Dr. Cardozo office.

I am, also, a 2009 graduate from Horry Georgetown Technical College in Myrtle Beach, SC. I was awarded my Associates Degree in the Health Science Dental Hygiene program. I continued my professional education and training and hold certificates in both Administration Infiltration of Anesthesia and Monitoring of Nitrous Oxide Anesthesia from the Medical University of South Carolina.

I enjoy providing quality dental health care to my patients. I believe in giving my patients the tools they need to have and maintain a healthy, attractive mouth and smile.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I play the piano and love going to the beach and boating.

Melissa Dewar | Dental Assistant

Hi, my name is Melissa. I am the Senior Dental Assistant for Forest Crossing Family Dental and I have worked with Dr. Cardozo for the past three years.

I am a 2003 graduate from Delta College, Saginaw, Michigan. There, I obtained my Associates Degree in Applied Science in Dental Assisting. I am a licensed Expanded Duty Dental Assistant and a member of the American Dental assistant Association. I have completed my annual courses in Basic Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation, CPR, and Infection/Sterilization Control. I have been practicing for eight years in the dental field. I served in the Air Force for two years.

I have three wonderful children who I enjoy spending time with. My hobbies are gardening and working on scrapbooks.

Jessica Volinski | Dental Receptionist

Hello, my name is Jessica.

I am a 2004 graduate from Horry County Technical College in Myrtle Beach, SC where I was awarded the certificate in Dental Assisting and Radiology. I continued my dental education and completed training programs in Expanded Duty Dental Assisting, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation CPR, and Infection/Sterilization Control.

I have experience in the business office as a Dental Receptionist since 2004 and one year experience as Orthodontic Assistant.

I am married and have three wonderful children. I enjoy spending time with my family camping, fishing and watching movies.

Luz Mazzariello | Office Assistant

Hi, my name is Luz. I moved to Myrtle Beach in September of 2008. I lived in New York and New Jersey most of my life. I joined Forest Crossing Family Dental a year ago as the Business Office Assistant. I assist in all departments of the practice to help our day run smoothly and help our patients feel comfortable with their visit. Our receptionist, Jessica and I work hand in hand to better serve you.

Outside of work, I enjoy taking long walks, trips to the beach, gardening and most of all spending time with my son, daughter and family when they come down to visit. I’m very happy with my move to Myrtle Beach. I’m looking forward to meeting all of you!
